What this means apparently is that we now have a new look and the portal page appears to have vanished (not that I miss it).
I rather like the new look and find it more appealing. I plan to have a rummage through the new themes to see what new things they have to offer.
I hope there are no bugs with this new version. Please report any you find to me.
